Managing IT projects is a highly complex operation for small businesses due to lack of experience and expertise. We help small businesses in managing every aspect of their IT projects, from start to finish. We assist in translation of the objectives to paper, reassess IT needs, design networking infrastructure, analyze and compile the required resources, calculate schedules, and collaborate with external vendors and contractors to complete the project on time. In 2007, Crown Packing was selected to manage all packaging at Honda’s Midwest Consolidation Center in Troy, Ohio. Crown Packing is recipient of prestigious Honda’s Premier Partner Award. In our capacity as Crown Packaging’s IT Solution Provider, LTI was entrusted with the task to enact robust networking and communication infrastructure at the new facility, which should be capable of seamless extension of their main network in Dayton, Ohio. LTI managed all aspects of networking installations at the new location. We collaborated with Time Warner and other hardware vendors to ensure lying of high bandwidth cables, putting in redundancy capable communications, servers and desktops. The secured network was fully functional before the scheduled start of the packaging operations.
