You had us back up and running before the end of the day.

I'm also very pleased with the response time when a problem arises. Grant has been a real pleasure to work with. His knowledge of our network and the speed in which he performs his tasks always amazes me. He also takes time to explain procedures on how to manage processes and applications. I have yet to provide Grant with a problem he has not been able to resolve.
